PRICES We've got one of the most competitive price in providing you with custom embroidery designs. This is not just a shiny apple - you will get high quality for a nice price. Take an advantage of low cost European country and pay less. Pricing is based both on the difficulty of digitizing and stitch count, therefore 1,000 stitches in a small design with a lot of detail (lettering) would in all probability cost more than in a large design with a lot of fill stitches.
The rates range between $ 3,50 -9,5 per thousand stitches.
The most of designs are $ 5,00 per 1.000 !!!
Minimum price for a design up to 2.000 st is $ 15,00.
Designs with up to 3.000 st. usually cost cca $ 6,00-9,50 per 1.000.
Design with 3.000-6.000 st. usually cost cca $ 5,00-7,00 per 1.000.
Design with 6.000-12.000 st. usually cost cca $ 4,50- 6,00 per 1.000.
Design with 12.000-20.000 st. usually cost cca $ 4,00-5,00 per 1.000.
Designs with over 20.000 st. usually cost cca $ 3,50-4,50 per 1.000.

Corrections are made at no charges as long as the design in not altered. However some edits in the design (drastic changes in dimensions, etc.) will be extra charged. Data conversion - $ 6,00 each. All digitized designs are e-mailed free or for additional fee on FD by post/UPS. Price quotation we provide on request. If you need a quote send a picture - you'll get pricing info. The estimate we give you upon evaluating your artwork is the GUARANTEED digitizing price ! Payment - you will receive invoice along with a design. In the near future we will accept credit cards payments via secure server - VISA, Master Card.

Paper tapes and memory cards not supported. If you have machine using memory cards you must have a computer and appropriate software to load them on your own cards. In case of non-DOS format design data we use DIGI FAX to transfer . If you do not know how to transfer a design data to your embroidery machine please ask Lou for more information.
Please don't ask for .BMP files. We produce only embroidery data files and BMPs are graphic file formats that will not reproduce stitches.
As we communicate via e-mail turn around is very quick. Standard delivery cca 2-4 working days. Really intricate designs may take up to 5 working days. 24 hours delivery for additional fee.
The most effective is to send your order or quotation request by e-mail. We prefer artworks to be sent as file attachments in formats AI, EPS, or CDR; bit map files are also accepted JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP, ... ( Scan the desired image / preferrably in color at 200-300 dpi resolution/.
We accept both formats MACINTOSH and WINTEL PC .
Changes in the artwork may be necessary for the embroidery to look clean - small lettering or excessive details on printing paper/artwork may not translate into a well embroided design. Naturally, the better and more accurate your artwork, the better the embroidery.
To achieve the best results, the digitizer must have all the specific information including :
type of garment (cups, T-shirt, patches, ...)
fabric type (knitted, waved, fleece, leather, terry, ...)
fabric color
type of backing/topping to be used (tear away, cut away, solvy, ...)
